With over 30 years of history, our association is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our residents and maintaining a strong sense of community. We constantly strive to innovate and provide high-quality service to each home in the neighborhood.
As a corporation registered with the Federal and State governments, we are governed by an nine-member volunteer Board of Directors and are self-managed. We also have various committee positions that play a vital role in our success. By combining our expertise and listening to each other, we have created a strong and trusted group of individuals with the goal of serving the community. We encourage residents to get involved in community-based efforts and consider serving on the Board or one of our committees.
Our mission is to preserve Grogan's Bluff as the premier community in Sandy Springs by protecting, maintaining, managing, and enhancing our assets, and advancing the interests of our homeowners. We continuously work to develop new and improved ways to operate our systems, creating sustainable value for our association and meeting the social and wellness needs of our residents. We are proud of what we have achieved so far, but we are always striving to do more.

Step 4: Turn On Electric Service
Georgia Power provides electric service to the neighborhood.
Step 5: Request your Natural Gas Service
Atlanta Gas Light operates and maintains the infrastructure that delivers the gas to customers of certified natural gas marketers. To report a gas leak, call their emergency number at 1-877-427-4321.
To establish natural gas service, shop the marketeers approved by the Georgia Public Service Commission. You will find that each company has varying rates and many offer special sign-up deals, so compare and select a provider that is right for you:
FireSide Natural Gas
Gas South
Georgia Natural Gas
Just Energy
Kratos Georgia
True Natural Gas
Walton EMC Natural Gas
Step 6: Request Garbage & Recycling Service
Homeowners must set up their own garbage and recycling services. Please ensure that your service provider offers back for (valet) service when you set up your service.
Garbage cans are not to be brought to the street for collection and must remain out of view from the street On non collection days. The service provider will pick up the waste from your property where the cans are stored. Cans are to be kept near your garage, out of sight from the street. Recycling cans should be brought to the curb for collection on the evening before collection and must be returned to a storage location out of sight from the street the same day as collection.
Our preferred service provider is Seegreen Services.  We have negotiated Ala Carte rates with them for back door service, solid waste removal and recycling. They will provide you with up to 2 large wheeled trash bins and one large wheeled recycling bin.  If necessary, they can provide additional bins.
They also provide a quarterly large dumpster for large item removal for all homeowners.
Please contact Seegreen Services to set up "Valet Service" and order your recycling services if needed.

In the Know: Walking in Grogan's Bluff
The hills and winding roads of our beautiful neighborhood add to it's charm and are great for walking, jogging and walking our fur-babies, however they also create blind spots for vehicles on the streets.  Please use extreme caution, especially when out at night to ensure that vehicles on the roadway can see you.
  • Always walk facing traffic as close to the side of the road as possible.
  • Use a short leash for your pets.
  • Wear bright colored clothing during the day / reflective clothing after dark.
  • Don't blast your music loud, and turn on transparency on your headset so that you can hear what's going on around you.
  • Put your phone away and be aware of your surroundings.
