GROGAN'S BLUFF

Meet the Board

The Grogan’s Bluff Homeowners’ Association is managed by an eight-member volunteer Board of Directors and a number of ongoing and ad-hoc committee members.  The board members are chosen through an annual election held in January.  Each holds a renewable two-year term.

The full Board generally meets formally once a month but works diligently throughout the year to maintain and advance the neighborhood’s safety, beauty, value, and quality of living. The Board holds an annual meeting, usually in January, to report on the year’s accomplishments and elect new Board members. The GB HOA Board welcomes and encourages feedback and involvement from all GB homeowners and residents.  Please use the contact us page to submit suggestions / feedback to the board.

If you have interest in volunteering for an elected board position or a committee, please reach out to president@grogansbluff.com.

By enhancing the reputation of Grogan's Bluff and empowering our Board of Directors, we are able to create value for all of our homeowners. We are continually working to achieve our mission.

“To preserve Grogan's Bluff as the premier community in Sandy Springs by protecting, maintaining, managing,
and enhancing the assets of the association and advancing the interests of the homeowners.”

I am a pediatric oncologist and I work at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. I see patients as well as run a research laboratory investigating novel treatments for patients with the pediatric solid tumors. My husband, Matt and I moved to Grogan's Bluff in October 2021, and we have really enjoyed getting to know so many incredible people here. We relish the beauty and tranquility of our neighborhood. We have a 19-year-old (Will -sophomore at UofSC), 22-year-old (Sydney, senior at GCSU) and Jack who is 24 years old who is now working, and three Labradors. My experiences on medical advisory boards and clinical trial committees have afforded me the ability to take comprehensive notes in real time, represent important perspectives to a group, be a good and fair listener to other’s important opinions in order to find or improve ways to support my patients and their families. I wanted to give back to my community and do the same for this neighborhood, and serving on the board as secretary is a great way to do that.
