Grogan's Bluff
Meet the Board

The Grogan’s Bluff Homeowners’ Association is managed by an eight-member volunteer Board of Directors and a number of ongoing and ad-hoc committee members.  The board members are chosen through an annual election held in January.  Each holds a renewable two-year term.

The full Board generally meets formally once a month but works diligently throughout the year to maintain and advance the neighborhood’s safety, beauty, value, and quality of living. The Board holds an annual meeting, usually in January, to report on the year’s accomplishments and elect new Board members. The GB HOA Board welcomes and encourages feedback and involvement from all GB homeowners and residents.  Please use the contact us page of this site to submit suggestions / feedback to the board.

If you have interest in volunteering for an elected board position or a committee, please reach out to grogans.president@grogansbluff.net.

By enhancing the reputation of Grogan's Bluff and empowering our Board of Directors, we are able to create value for all of our homeowners. We are continually working to achieve our mission.

“To preserve Grogan's Bluff as the premier community in Sandy Springs by protecting, maintaining, managing,
and enhancing the assets of the association and advancing the interests of the homeowners.”
